The Working Wolfe Guarantee

Working Wolfe guarantees that the gym flooring installation performed on your property will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is good for one year from the date of first use, substantial completion, or date of the notice of completion, whichever is the first to occur.

This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows:

1. To the property only as long as it remains in the possession of the original client of Working Wolfe.

2. To the construction work that has not been subject to accident, misuse, or abuse.

3. To the flooring such that it has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or repairs attempted by others.

4. That Working Wolfe is notified within ten (10) days of first knowing of the defect. Please notify Working Wolfe in writing so that the notification is properly documented.

5. That Working Wolfe is given the first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements, or corrections to the defective construction at no cost to you.  We will do this within a reasonable period agreed to by both parties.

6. Working Wolfe shall not be liable by this warranty. We will not be held liable for damage to any person, property, or equipment or consequential damages of any nature due to the use or inability to use the floor due to the defect.
